I understand the requirements of the IFFO RS Standard and its Chain of Custody Standard (IFFO RS CoC) and that
the information supplied in this Application form will be used by the IFFO RS secretariat and any of the approved
Certification Bodies to determine the full assessment requirements for the applicant and associated costs.
I agree to comply with the relevant current standard and any future issues or revisions.
I agree to disclose all relevant information to the Certification Body to allow them to carry out a full and thorough
assessment and inspection. I agree to instruct the chosen Inspection Body to release all documentation relevant
to this application to the approved Certification Body.
I confirm that all information and answers I have supplied are true and complete to the best of my knowledge at
the time of application.
I understand that false or misleading information in my application may result in the full assessment
requirements and costs being increased.
I confirm that there are no legal proceedings against the company that could bring the IFFO RS standard into
disrepute.
I accept to pay IFFO RS secretariat the annual application fee of £2,000 per company registration + £200 per site
registration (and the agreed fees for fishery assessments in case opting for the Identity Preserve model).
I accept and agree that it is my responsibility to provide all information required by the Fisheries Assessment
Body and Certification Body about the raw material used for the fisheries assessments in case opting for the
Identity Preserve model.
I understand that information about the amount of marine ingredients produced by the company may be
necessary by the IFFO RS approved Certification Bodies and the IFFO RS Secretariat for auditing and statistical
purposes and that this information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with other parties.
I understand that there will be an additional fee charged for each site audit as agreed with the approved
Certification Body of choice.
I agree to provide site access during normal working hours to authorised auditors of the approved Certification
Body of choice for the purpose of carrying out inspections of product and premises in order to establish
compliance to the IFFO RS CoC Standard.
I acknowledge that failure to comply with the requirements of the standard will result in withdrawal of
certification and all entitlements and references to the IFFO RS certified claim.
I accept that this application form lasts for 3 years from the date of submission and that any changes after the
initial submission will need to be added to this same application form and re-submitted to the IFFO RS secretariat
for its process.
I understand that the completion and submission of this application formulates a contract to abide by the
requirements of the program.
