 Doctor Office at 2131 Glen Oak Road – they want to sell off a piece of their land. They had to
have it re-surveyed as it did not fit the legal description.
 Park – High School Road – no funding for development at this time. We will inquire with the City
to see if Mr. Archer can attend the next neighborhood meeting.
 Oregon City School District Bus Barn – this property has been sold and other property has been
purchased to house the buses.
A motion was made to form a Parks Committee within the Caufield Neighborhood Association. Motion
passed. Committee members are: Mark Perino, Mike Mermelstein, and Steve Hawkins
William Gifford reported:
 Oregon City Shopping Center will be pouring a 50,000 square foot pad out in front of Firestone
for new tenants. Parking will change near Coastal and RiteAid. There will be an access road built
at the back of the shopping center to the Cove project (Phase I – 240 apartments)
 Rivers Project – biggest thing that has happened to our city and could potentially bring 1500
jobs to our town.
