particles that are in constant motion. Water particles hit salt particles and
knock them loose from the crystal. The loose particles are carried into the
mass of water molecules and disappear.

a. To make a supersaturated Epsom-salts solution you can dissolve as much
Epsom salts as possible in hot water to make a hot saturated solution. Cool
the solution. It will be supersaturated.

a. Epsom salts and table have different solubilities and crystal forms.
