LOCATION
Located in the heart of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Snow King Resort is the town’s largest full service, year-round resort

Taking cues from its surroundings and inspired by local traditions of ranching and game hunting, Hayden’s Post offers a
sophisticated yet approachable menu of Mountain West regional cuisine served in a lively atmosphere with scenic, 280degree views of the surrounding mountains. Signature dinner entrees include Coffee-Rubbed Elk with huckleberry
juniper jus and fingerling-cauliflower purée; Dutch Oven Bison Brisket, stout-braised and served with sweet potato
mash and tobacco onions; and Rustic Vegetable Pot Pie featuring seasonal local vegetables, mushrooms, fresh herbs in
a flaky pastry. A vast offering of hand-crafted cocktails, local craft beer selections and numerous beers on tap, as well as
a vast selection of wines by the glass round out the Wyoming-focused experience. Hayden’s Post serves breakfast, lunch
and dinner daily, as well as a Happy Hour menu.
