18th Annual Litter Roundup Sponsorship
LITTER is misplaced solid waste which is unsightly, devalues a community and invites others to add more litter
to the location. By participating in Litter Roundup, sponsors can make a difference!
WHAT IS LITTER ROUNDUP? It is a program teaching litter prevention in a very real way by having individuals,
groups and organizations clean county and township roads.
BENEFITS OF LITTER ROUNDUP: It provides individuals, groups and organizations an opportunity to be of
service to Henry County. Participating organizations receiving sponsorship can earn $4 per bag of litter up to
$100. As a sponsor, you would pay the bounty money directly to the participating organization.
HOW TO BECOME A SPONSOR: Return the completed form below by March 20, 2015.
 When the roadside cleanup is done, the litter is taken to the Henry County Landfill for disposal.
 The amounts of litter will be recorded and the bounty money will be calculated and sent to you the
following week.
 Sponsors will then send the organization’s money directly to the contact person of the organization.
 After the event, a listing of all the sponsors will be published in the local papers. Without your support,
this program would not be possible. It is greatly appreciated.
