Elisabeth – Tom Schamp Collaboration
Earlier this year, the Brussels chocolate boutique Elisabeth chose to
collaborate with Tom Schamp - a famous Belgian illustrator of children’s
books, magazines, posters, packaging, etc.
Tom created an amazing waffle box, specially designed for our famous crispy
waffles. The box is available in 3 different designs and is filled with an
assortment of traditional chocolate and vanilla-flavoured waffles.
What's more, under the lid hides an additional surprise – Tom has attached
a personally-drawn postcard to each box.
The boxes will be available in our new Elisabeth store, at 55 Rue de
l’Etuve, and online at www.elisabeth.be. For just 18€ we have a beautiful
and delicious gift idea that will not be forgotten.
Why did Elisabeth choose Tom Schamp?
Tom is a world-renowned illustrator, and like Elisabeth, was born and
raised in Brussels. His colourful and nostalgic illustrations perfectly fit
Elisabeth's look.

Tom grew up in Brussels and developped his own style through the years. His
illustrations appeal to both adults and children. His work ranges from
diverse clients such as book, magazine and newspaper editors to furniture
and toy designers to advertising agencies and private purposes.

Elisabeth's boutique in Brussels is the place to be for Belgium’s finest
traditional sweets. Elisabeth’s owner travels all around the country to
taste and select famous Belgian delicacies as well as long forgotten
culinary traditions. From traditional melocakes and the real Cuberdons to
Frederic Blondeel’s divine chocolate truffles and the famous chocolate
flakes.

are selected very carefully and we mainly collaborate with local artisans.
