Junior Treasurer (One Position)
The Student Council Junior Treasurer plays an essential role in the leadership of the
entire student body. The Junior Treasurer is expected to attend all weekly Student
Council meetings and to support and attend all Student Council activities.
The Junior Treasurer must:
i. be available to the student body during various points throughout the day;
ii. prepare deposits by rolling coins and counting bills;
iii. Communicate their thoughts and concern regarding money to the Student Council.
iv. responsibility to inform clubs and committees if their funding request have been
approved or not, and Student Councils use for the allocated funds
To be eligible to run for Student Council, the student must:
i. Have a student card;
ii. Maintain an acceptable level of academic standing (70% cumulative average);
iii. Be nominated by two students in his/her grade;
iv. Obtain a staff signature;
v. Be fully prepared and willing to live up to the aforementioned obligations.

Completed nomination forms must be completed and brought to the MANDATORY
information meeting. Late submissions will be disqualified. If there are any reasons that
you cannot attend the meeting or if you have questions or concerns, please contact
Gary Li (President), Jullian Yapeter (Vice President), Allan Cheung (Sr Treasurer) or
Simran Tamber (Jr Treasurer).
