Admission Notice for the Bachelor of Vocation (B. Voc.) Programmes
Applications are invited for admission to the newly Introduced three year (full-time)
B.Voc. (Bachelor of Vocation) undergraduate programmes under Self-Financing
Scheme. These are job oriented programme whose curriculum includes compulsory
theory classes along with practical and on-the job training at regular intervals.
These programmes have been developed as per the Guidelines of University Grants
Commission (UGC) which has launched a scheme on skills development based
higher education as part of college/university education, leading to Bachelor of
Vocation (B.Voc.), a Degree with multiple exits such as Diploma/Advanced
Diploma/Degree under the NSQF (National Skill Qualifications Framework). The
B.Voc. Programme is focused on universities and colleges which would also
incorporate specific job roles along with broad based general education. This would
enable the graduates completing B.Voc. to make a meaningful participation in
accelerating India’s economy by gaining appropriate employment, becoming
entrepreneurs and creating appropriate knowledge. The proposed vocational
programmes will be a judicious mix of skills, professional education related to
logistics and also appropriate content of general education. It is designed with the
objective of equipping the students to cope with the emerging trends and
challenges in the areas of Accounting Softwares and E-Commerce, Office
Management and Secretarial Practices, Retail & Logistics Management and
Taxation and Corporate Laws.

Award and Exit Points
B. Voc. is a three year degree course provides an option of multiple exit points at the end
of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years.

 If a student leave the programme at the end of first year then he/she will be
awarded with a Diploma.
 If a student leave the programme at the end of second year then he/she will
be awarded with an Advanced Diploma.
 If a student leave the programme at the end of third year then he/she will be
awarded with a Degree.
Eligibility
Candidate with 10+2/Inter/Higher Secondary in any stream from recognized
boards is eligible for applying to B.Voc. Programme.
Selection Procedure
The candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying
examination.
Rules of Reservation
As per Reservation policy of Government of Haryana.
Fees
Rupees Five Thousand per Semester (INR 5000 per Semester).

respect is to be submitted to the Office of Assistant Registrar (Academics),
Vivekanand Teaching Block, Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind-126102.
Application Fee
Candidates are required to submit fee of Rs. 500 (Rs. 250 for
SC/ST/PWD/FEMALE) for B.Voc. Programmes through Demand Draft from any
Nationalized Bank in favour of Registrar, Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind
along with each Application Form.
Last Date
Last date of receiving application form is December 30, 2015 upto 5.00 PM.
University will not be responsible for any postal delay.
REGISTRAR
