Design Support Information: Manufacturer must have documented design support information including duct sizing, vent and orifice location, vent and orifice sizing, length, and suspension. Parameters for design, including maximum air temperature, velocity, pressure and fabric permeability, shall be considered and documented. B. Mock-Up: Provide a mock-up for evaluation of surface preparation techniques and application workmanship. 1. Finish areas designated by Architect. 2. Do not proceed with remaining work until workmanship is approved by Architect. 3. Rework mock-up area as required to produce acceptable work. DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING A. Deliver, store and handle materials and products in strict compliance with manufacturer's instructions and recommendations and industry standards. Protect from damage B. Store products indoors in manufacturer's or fabricator's original containers and packaging, with labels clearly identifying product name and manufacturer. Prevent dirt and moisture from entering packaging. PROJECT CONDITIONS A. 1.8 SEQUENCING AND SCHEDULING A. 1.9 Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, and ventilation) within limits recommended by manufacturer for optimum results. Do not install products under environmental conditions outside manufacturer's recommended limits. Cable Type: Stainless steel cabling. e. Cable Type: HD rail suspension. PART 3 EXECUTION 3.1 3.2 EXAMINATION AND PREPARATION A. Prepare substrates using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving the best result for the substrate under the project conditions. B. Do not proceed with installation until substrates have been prepared using the methods recommended by the manufacturer and deviations from manufacturer's recommended tolerances are corrected. Commencement of installation constitutes acceptance of conditions. C. If preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect in writing of deviations from manufacturer's recommended installation tolerances and conditions. INSTALLATION A. 3.3 Install dispersion and suspension system in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and in proper relationship with adjacent construction. CLEANING AND PROTECTION A. Cleaning: Clean external surfaces of foreign substances that may cause corrosive deterioration of facing. If diffuser systems become soiled during installation, they should be removed and cleaned following the manufacturers standard terms of laundry. B.
