Responsible for the day to day operations of the business including business development, power
project site selection (greenfield and brownfield), negotiation, local permitting, zoning, air permit,
EPC negotiation and drafting, finance (corporate and project), project and construction

Repowered a biomass power plant. Developed and operated a wood pellet plant. Directed
business development into wind, solar and biomass energy projects. Drove implementation of
process-driven business methods, including stringent environmental compliance and reporting
system for operating plants. Initiated Markets Analysis Team to determine future growth
opportunities with a focus on gas-fired projects. Initiated general reorganization of
company.Directed complete overhaul of website and marketing material. Championed open
communication throughout company. Started Executive Committee for broader based business

Chairman - Rockingham Motor Speedway, largest racing facility in the United Kingdom.
Negotiated 18 month $38 million debt moratorium (principal and interest) with Bank of
Scotland before selling it for a profit. 2004-2005.
Lead negotiator for $100 million sale (25% interest) of Enfield Energy Centre 285 MW
power plant in the United Kingdom - 2005.
Managed sale of power plant in Guatemala - 2000.
Managed acquisition of Tasman Motorsports, Ltd. - 1998.
