1. What is the national coordination structure that MNCC has to establish in the efected country
including procedures for requesting and accepting international assistance according MNFSOP
and Indonesia/ US SOP?”(How do these forces integrate with MNCC?)

MNCC INJECTS DAY 2
1. a. “Does the affected nation anticipate any international assistance? If so, what issues
regarding the receiving, acceptance, tracking, management, and integration of incoming
international assistance resources need to be considered?”
b. “What are the procedures of offering assistance to the affected country?”
2. Latest information from the Oceania government, runway condition in the Ubec International
Airport have limited operational due to earthquake damage and Runway length available is
1500m. In addition to, unless Bridges connecting Natcam Island with Ubec and the Oceania
mainland suffered only minor damage and remain open but cannot be passed by heavy vehicles
and need to repair. At the center of the city there are 350 people died , 1600 serious injuries,
2700 minor injuries . Most of the minor injures can be handled by the local hospital with the
limited facilities. And for the serious injured they can handled only 700 people and the rest, they
need helped to evacuate them to the other country. Oceania asked for help through the MNCC to
repair the Runway and assistance to evacuate the victims as well as logistical support to their
country.
3. Oceania also has a port, the Port Ubec, with a handling capacity of container ships. Harbor
protected by Natcam Island. One of two container cranes remain operational. Port warehouses
continue to operate but with limited operation due to earthquake damage. Oceania asks MNCC
to assists the logistics and materials from the sea to build their temporary shelters. What are the
mechanisms being used and your challenges has in integrating those into the affected nation
procedure?
4. The National Police consist of 3,000 officers stationed throughout the country. Both the ODF
and National Police have been mobilized to assist in the disaster response. While security is
generally considered to be quite good in Oceania, with a low crime rate, both the ODF and
National Police suffered damage to their headquarters, and injuries and loss of life amongst their
ranks. There are sporadic reports of theft and some assaults at areas where affected persons
have gathered to receive relief aid. What kind of actions should be done by the MNCC related
with this security issues?

the host/providing organizations?”

tracking and utilization system to fulfill reporting requirements of the assisting nations?”
