About SSGMCE:
Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of
Engineering (SSGMCE), Shegaon, established in the
year 1983, conducts five degree courses viz. BE
Electrical (Electronics & Power System) Engg., BE
Electronics and Telecommunications Engg, BE
Computer Science and Engg., BE Mechanical Engg.
and BE Information Technology and three PG courses
namely, MBA, ME (Digital Electronics) and ME
(EPS) affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati
University, Amravati and approval by AICTE, New
Delhi. The institution works in a spiritually founded
environment for transmitting the parent organization’s
ideal of “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah”. Meanwhile it
was also awarded A-grade by Maharashtra Govt. the
different departments in the institutions are also
accredited by NBA.
About DBA&R:
Department of Business Administration and
Research (DBA&R) is the first department of this
college established in the year 1994 to conduct AICTE
MBA course. Fifteen batches of MBAs have been
passed out from here displaying their mettle in industry
and academics in India and abroad. The focus here is
on learning and growth through collective wisdom.
This has resulted in ranking of the department under A
– Grade by Business India magazine in its Best BSchools Survey 2010, 2011 and 2012 thrice and
under A++ Grade by Go-Education B-Schools
Survey 2011. The department has also got a
mention into TOP 100 b Schools by OUTLOOK.
This gives it the singular distinction of being the only
institution from rural India located at a Taluka place
appearing in the list of best B-schools of our country.
About PARISHKRITI-2016
PARISHKRITI is a platform to harness the
talent. It acts as a catalyst for the students to realize
their potential and apply it in the right direction with
the right spirit. PARISHKRITI aims at making
students confident individual. This year, Parishkriti
is doing bit to save Energy as ‘Renewable Energy’.
The large amount of usage of energy has resulted
into shortage of the available resources of energy.
The main reason is Growing Price Competitiveness,
Long term certainty and Energy security. Parishkriti
2016 will be an extravaganza of entertainment, color,
spirit and innovation in unique MBA style. “The
Creative Breath of Ignited Minds” leads us as
different from other institutes. We aim at bringing the
student community closer to each other and to improve
relations amongst colleges and increase interaction
among students from different parts of the Nation. This
year’s Parishkriti 2016 is the THIRTEENTH such
competition organized here. The first Parishkriti was
organized in 1997which now has taken the form of a
spectacular National Level Management Event.
Participation and Registration:
A student currently enrolled in a management
program (MBA or PG Diploma in Management) 2015
- 2016 is eligible to participate in any event of the
Parishkriti 2016. There is no registration fee and our
department shall provide free moderate
local
nd
rd
hospitality from the evening of 22 & 23 January
2016 to all those participating students who will take
part in the event. Interested students may send soft
copy of their registration form in the required format
stated below along with scanned copies (enclosures) of
a recommendation / nomination letter from his / her BSchool under the seal and signature of the Head /
Director / Authorized Faculty of the B-School. The
soft copy may be emailed to the Chief Coordinator –
Parishkriti 2016
at parishkriti2016@gmail.com
latest by 17 January 2016. The schedule of the
events shall be displayed on the college website on 18th
January 2016 and also communicated through email
and calls.
