End of Year Trip to Blackpool Pleasure Beach
Dear Parent/Carer
The school is arranging an end of year trip to Blackpool for years 7, 8, 9 & 10 pupils and prefects on Tuesday,
14th July 2015.
Tickets are limited and will be distributed on a first come first served basis. The final date to return slips and
monies will be Friday, 19th June 2015.
Coaches will leave school at approx. 9:00am and leave the park at 4pm arriving back to school at approx.
5.00pm. Staff will be on all the coaches and will undertake general supervision around the park.
School have tried to keep the cost of the trip to a minimum, however due the increase in fuel charges and the
cost of entry into the park, the cost per pupil will be £ 25.00.
If your child wishes to go on the trip, please return the reply slip together with a non-refundable payment of
£ 25.00 by Friday, 19th June 2015 (payment can be made by cash or cheque, cheques made payable to
Saint Paul’s Catholic High School).Pupils who owe money to school will not be allowed to go on the
trip until the money has been re-paid.
Please be aware that if your child’s behaviour is not up to the standard expected in school then they
will not be allowed to go on the trip. Students who are going on the trip must be dressed appropriately.
If your child receives a free school meal, please indicate on the return slip if they would like a grab bag
on the day.
