JESUS WILL NOT LET YOU FAIL
How interesting it is to know that in this foolish and difficult world we live in, Christians have
“Someone” to rely on. It is so encouraging to find as there are a lot of scriptures in the Bible that
speaks about Christ to not letting us down in our difficult times. First let us look into the gospel
of Luke 22:31-32, where it says, 31 “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift each of you like wheat.
32 But I have pleaded in prayer for you, Simon, that YOUR FAITH SHOULD NOT FAIL.
Isn’t that statement of Jesus to Simon (or Peter) remarkable!? Jesus will not let our faith fail
either. Another encouragement is found in Hebrews 7:25, where in the context, it talks about
Jesus as our eternally risen High Priest who paid the price at the cross, and offered Himself as
sacrifice for people’s (our) sins , “(25) Therefore He (Jesus) is able, once and forever, to save[a]
those who come to God through Him. He lives forever to intercede with God on their behalf (or for
us who believe in Him)!
When God tore that veil and was raised from the dead, and joined the Father in heaven, He did not
leave us on our own for He left the Holy Spirit in us. When we are weak and faced with troubles
and confusion, the Holy Spirit will intercede and plead for us, and gives us direction and
discerning (Romans 8:26-27). And how can we forget this powerful verse that sums it up all, “…IF
GOD BE FOR US, WHO CAN BE AGAINST US? (Romans 8:31b). OR RATHER NOTHING OR NO
ONE CAN BE AGAINST US WHEN GOD IS FOR US!
So don't ever worry again that your faith will fail, for Jesus is interceding for you now as your
High Priest before the Almighty God Himself on your behalf; and God will let no one nor nothing
be against you nor your faith in Him and in His Son.
So instead of worrying START REJOICING AND PRAISING GOD FOR ALL HE HAS DONE, IS
DOING NOW, AND WILL BE DOING FOR YOU IN THE FUTURE!
