11. Other Business
Marcus raised the issue of whether the school could provide documentation or a certificate to boys who
have been involved in various activities such as mentoring. Sheenagh said it was the boys’ responsibility to
keep track of their own activities however a spreadsheet of activities could possibly be developed.
Marcus enquired as to whether there was a quiet room available for boys to eat their lunch whilst finishing
off home work. Other than the library and the Learning Centre, Sheenagh said there were no other places as
students would need to have a teacher present.
Hong Lee raised the issue of availability of sports equipment for use at lunchtimes. Sheenagh advised the
meeting that there were 2 options for loaning out equipment and that there were various sports
competitions organised at lunchtimes. She was going to inform Peer Support leaders to be on the look out
for boys who may be shy or not being included by other boys.
