University of St Andrews Library Journal Hosting Service: OJS Journal setup
This document outlines an agreement for journal hosting services provided by the University Library.
The Library will act as ‘electronic distributor’ for the journal. The Journal Manager and Editorial staff will be responsible for management and administration of the journal, and for journal content.
Details will be completed during initial discussions and follow-up meetings.

We can undertake basic customisation. Complex customisation will depend on resources and the options available in OJS, bearing in mind that your journal is part of a shared hosted service.

We will notify HoS and Academic Liaison Librarians to ensure awareness in the appropriate subject areas of the University. Project closure will only be noted In the event of a journal being discontinued.
