This document was designed to make your rental as efficient and cost effective as possible. Please read the entire document prior to signing it, as it is a contract. Payment is due prior to placement of container. Placement fee is a separate charge based on delivery location. Customer is responsible for making sure drop off area is free of any obstructions. Customer agrees to retain, care for and control the container(s) and its contents. Customer is responsible for the type of debris loaded in the container. Container billed at * Brush rate will automatically be billed for *Trash rate if anything other than tree and shrub debris is placed in the container. Acceptable Brush: Tree and shrub trimmings, woodchips, mulch and/ or leaves. *Anything other than the items listed will result in the container being billed at the Trash rate. Acceptable Trash: Sheetrock, lumber, cabinetry, clothing, household trash, cardboard, Non-Hazardous waste. Unacceptable Trash TVs, tires, automotive parts, appliances, asbestos, flammable liquids, batteries, paint, human or animal remains. Hazardous waste of any kind. Customer understands that the container’s contents must remain within the confines of the container. Contents must not exceed the top or sides of the container. Every effort must be taken to distribute weight evenly in the container. Weight capacity must not exceed 10,500 lbs for 15 yard container and 12,000 lbs for 20 yard container. Overloaded containers will incur an additional charge of $50.00 per ton and may result in refusal of pick up and offloading if the container cannot be lifted on our truck. Customer is responsible for notifying Alpine Materials, LLC. when container is ready for pick up. **A Dry Run charge will be added if scheduled pick up cannot be made due to obstructions, overfilling or unauthorized moving of the container. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alpine Materials, LLC of any liability for death, injury or damages to the grounds, improvements, property or life during the rental of the container except when under direct control of Alpine Materials, LLC during ingress or regress. All reasonable care will be taken in the placement of the container by Alpine Materials, LLC. Customer understands Alpine Materials, LLC Is NOT responsible for damaged pavement, road surfaces, overhead obstruction, sod etc. *Any charges due for the handling of unauthorized material placed in the rental container are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Cost may include, but not be limited to, hazardous waste removal, cleanup, testing, monitoring, legal fees, and disposal to the correct facility. **Dry Run refers to a run being made for a scheduled pick up, but not completed due to circumstances beyond the control of Alpine Materials, LLC.
