Mental and Emotional Health There is an epidemic of teens who are suffering from mental and emotional health problems. You are a local expert in mental and emotional health and have been asked to create a poster to reach out to troubled teens. The community has also asked you to write an article about your poster and will publish it. Your work is very important and will have a positive effect on teenagers who are struggling with mental and emotional health problems. Steps 1. Describe what interpersonal skills can be used by teens to help themselves be mental/emotionally healthy. Include resources that teens can use for help (phone numbers, hotlines, websites, local resources, addresses, clubs…) Evaluate how preventing and managing mental/emotional health can help a person achieve short and long term goals.
