News and Notes
1. Friday Prayer Fellowship: We will have prayer meeting at the church on all Fridays from
10am to 12pm. This is mainly for intercession and Bible study. Presence and prayer requests
are invited. Let us come together, sing together and pray together.
2. Youth Fellowship: Meeting will be there after the Malayalam service on all first and third
Sundays.
3. Women’s Fellowship: Meeting will be there after the Malayalam service on all second
and fourth Sundays.
4. Fellowship Meeting: Fellowship meeting will be held on all Thursdays at 5.00 pm. All are
invited.
6. Golden Age Fellowship: The half day retreat of the Golden Age Fellowship will be held
on 20th June, 2015 (Saturday) from 10 am to 1 pm. All senior members are invited.
7. NHHCP: As we all know Neighborhood Health Care Programme is an outreach
programme of St. Mary’s English church. This was started with an intent to give free medical
aid to financially disadvantaged people. On all 1st and 3rd Sundays the doctors of St. Mary’s
are attending to the needy. In order to provide medicines to the patients, we need
wholehearted support from our church members. So please remember this in your prayers and
support the programme financially.
8. Educational Awards: All students who have passed SSLC and Plus Two exams are
advised to submit their mark lists for considering their names for educational awards.
9. Educational Help: Students who are eligible for educational support from church are
requested to submit the applications to the vicar.
10. Sunday school: Classes will resume on 07th June 2015 after summer vacation. Parents
are requested to send their children to Sunday school without fail.
11. Women’s Fellowship: The Calicut area Women’s fellowship one day retreat will be held
at CSI Church, Chalappuram on 13th June 2015 from 9.30 am onwards. All WF members are
requested to attend the retreat.
12. Environment Sunday: 14th June will be observed as Environment Sunday.
