Senior Doe shows will begin at 9:00 am, all rings. There will be No Junior Doe show

AWARDS: ADGA Rosettes for Grand Champion and Reserve Champion. No Champion Challenge.
ENTRIES: Fees must accompany entries. To avoid late fees entries must be postmarked on or before
August 11, 2012. Entries will be accepted until 8:00am on August 18th for the breeds showing in the
morning and until 11:30am for the breeds showing in the afternoon. The gates will be open for entry at
4:00pm on Friday.
ENTRY FEE: $5.00 per animal per show / ring which must be postmarked by August 11th. Late fees will be
an additional $2.00 per animal per show / ring. There is a maximum of $10 per herd for late fees. All
animals shown must pay an entry fee. No refunds of entry fees will be allowed but substitutions can be
made.
PEN FEES: $6.00 per pen (non-refundable). Straw will need to be pre-ordered and will be available for
purchase at $8.00 a bale.
NOTE: All animals and belongings must be removed from the barn by 10:00 pm on Saturday, August 18th.
CAMPING: Camping is permitted in the parking area around the barn for $10/night for tents, $25 for RVs
and trailers (we are charged that amount). Contact the fair office to reserve a space in the RV Park with
water and electrical hookups. The fairgrounds phone number is 530-527-5920.
FOOD: Lunch will be available for a donation.
OFFICIAL ADGA SHOWS: ADGA rules shall govern.
REGISTRATION: All Dairy Goats must be registered/recorded with American Dairy Goat Association and/or
AGS for Nigerians.
REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE: Original registration certificate is required for all dairy goats
BASE AGE DATE: Base Date for computing age shall be January 1st, 2012.
NO MILKOUT: There will be no Pre-Show milkout. Animals with distended udders will be discriminated
against.
ROTATION OF JUDGES: Judges will ROTATE and the animals will show in the same ring.
