Overall Event Sponsor - $1000 - This sponsors logo and name will appear on ALL merchandise,
handouts, flyers & banners. - Closed
Fundraiser Tee Shirts Sponsor - (Pre & Event night) - $200 (Kelli Brownewell Statt is our 1st tee shirt
sponsor please see if any one you know is interested before we finalize.)
Actions: Need to setup meetings with both police departments to discuss the NCDAF event, their
participation and our donation. Chair – Terry Corio
Contact the Police force Drug Task Force. - Establish a sub-committee to focus on this issue. Send an
email asking volunteers to participate.

Identify cost & volume of purchase – (john has information from deb beck’s office)

This year Themes = Awareness & Compassion 



Begin the night with “signs of Addiction”
Close with “Compassion and understanding the addict”
Create a CD Playlist with inspirational music – create a safe environment.
Breaks in between speakers 3-5 mins

Cindy has created a flyer to use to approach people.

This is a collection of all Nat’s poems and stories of addiction of our volunteers.
