An International Agency for the Development of Culture, Education and Science
(IADCES) in collaboration with the University of Tokyo invites you to participate in
the XVI International Academic Congress "History,
Problems and Prospects of Development of Modern
Civilization", which will be held in Tokyo, Japan, on 25 -27
January 2016.
Congress proceedings will be put on a Database of
SCOPUS.

The Congress will take place in the online format without a
need for the personal attendance.
We are delighted to invite scientists and lecturers, advanced
and postdoctoral students, employees of the Commonwealth of
Independent States, Central and Eastern Europe scientific and
educational institutions to take part in the Congress. Talented
students and young scientists are allowed to be the participants
of the Congress too. Articles to the Congress information package are accepted until and
including the date of 27 January 2016. Working languages are English, Russian, Polish,
Belarusian, Ukrainian, Spanish, French, German, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese and Arabic.

1. Articles are accepted electronically using only an e-mail.
2. You will receive a mail with full cost calculations and all possible ways of payment within
10 days after the procedure of the completed publication review.
3. Pay services for the article handling as well as its publication in accordance with
forwarded details.
4. We send you the collection of scientific articles after its publication by a regular mail.
