Blanchard, DVM, MS, DACT Dr. Terry Blanchard received his DVM from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1976. He is a Diplomate of the American College of Theriogenologists and a Professor at Texas A&M University. His special interests include theriogenology and ambulatory emergency, stallion and mare reproduction, management strategies to improve stallion fertility, and stallion testicular dysfunction. Carol K. Clark, DVM, DACVIM Dr. Carol Clark graduated from Texas A&M University in 1991 She is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Clark joined Peterson & Smith in 1996 to run the equine neonatal ICU, and manage the hospital’s internal medicine cases, becoming partner in 2004. Her major clinical interests include neonatology, neurology, cardiology, and ophthalmology. Elizabeth M. Santschi, DVM, DACVS Liz is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Veterinary medicine and has been an equine surgeon for over 30 years in private and academic practice and is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. She is a frequent author of clinical peer-reviewed scientific articles, and has contributed to many educational programs for veterinary students and practitioners.
