BDC Recital Costume Invoice 2012-2013
The date is set for Saturday, May 25th (Rehearsal)
& Sunday, May 26th (BDC Live! 2013 Recital).
As you all know, it is time to begin ordering costumes for our end of the season recital in
May (This was stated in your enrollment, information take home sheet, and in a Sept./Oct
reminder.) Even though it might seem early, costumes have to be ordered now to ensure
early arrival for pictures and recital. BDC already has measurements of each dancer
from the performance leo order. If we do not have dancers measurements on file, please
see the front desk. To ensure proper fit, those measurements will be rounded up to allow
for growth between now and May. All costume balances are non-refundable and are due
in full, no later than Wednesday, November 7th. Costumes ordered after that time, are not
assured to come in for the May recital, if we are able to add the costume to the order, there is a
late fee of $30 (rush fee). In order for each dancer to participate in the Recital, they must
purchase their classes costumes. Costumes will not be ordered until they are paid in full.
(Pictures of each classes costumes will be available to view, in January when returning
from Christmas break.) Listed below are the classes along with the price of their classes’
costumes. To try to help reduce the cost of costumes, I have required all combination
classes (Tap/Ballet) to get one costume, instead of two. This costume will be a two in one.
This means it will have a different skirt to accompany tap and ballet, or have an additional
prop or piece to create a second look. I am looking forward to recital time and can’t wait!

UPDATE- Our Holiday Parade is Saturday, November 17th. In order to match the Holiday
theme, all dancers need to order a pink Santa Hat (ages 7 & up) or clip in Reindeer Antlers
(ages 2-6). Antlers are $6 & Santa hats are $11. If you have yours from last year then
there is no need to order. Please see the front desk to place your order no later than
Thursday, November 1st! This really makes all BDC dancers look festive for the holidays 
