TANK DESIGN AS FOLLOWS
Low profile conformed to dump bed.
Manufactured tank in 3/16” processed mild steel plate
BAFFLING
S.R.S. Surge reversal baffling with multiple rows of Key Locked baffles with PFC control.
Entire interior is easily accessible through 20” man way system.
A.V.S. accelerator vent system (flood loading with no back flush).
DISCHARGE INLET
Foot valve in sump for positive pump prime to the pump
Strained pump inlet to prevent solids from entering pump.
3” Hydrant fill located at the rear bulkhead.
FILL PORT
36" fill port w/back flush baffle for safety inspection and filling purposes trash screen included in the portal.
3” ground fill at the rear of the tank.
LADDER
Rear bulkhead mounted folding ladder with safety nonskid to manhole.
HYDRAULICS
Quick disconnect valve group for hydraulic hoist cylinders circuit.
MOUNTING & INSTALLATION
Tie down chains and tension tighter provided with the tank
Rubber side body wedges provided for securing into bed.
CONTROLS
Wireless controls for spray system with redundant wired control panel fastened to the tank.
Controls are electric 24 volt DC over air valves.
Low water warning indicating light group on tank.
DISCHARGE SPRAY SYSTEM
Water pump, 900 GPM hydraulic driven, close coupled 4" x 3" with stainless trim and bronze impeller.
Foot valve in sump provides positive pump prime and prevents damaging solids from entering pump.
Rear spray bar with two (2), 3-way adjustable spray heads each individually cab controlled.
Fire Hose 2 ½” outlet on rear spray bar with ball valve NST adapter and cap (Standard)
DRAINS
Low water drain system group, with ground level access located at the rear of tank.
Rear 2” drain for empting tank.
COATING & PAINTING
Interior of the tank is cleaned and coated with asphaltic black bitumastic tank coating.
Exterior commercial grade blasted, primed and top coated in a hardener based enamel to match truck.
