Standard Operating Procedures for the beef cattle operation continue to be maintained for all aspects of the
Verified Beef Production ™ program including the following key areas:
1. prescriptions from a veterinarian for extra-label use of pharmaceutical products, feed and water
medications are available for review

Changes to Standard Operating Procedures and Practices:
- acknowledges that any changes to standard operating practices that affects the validity of the selfdeclaration shall be documented and available for review.
Any major deviations if they occur are documented, and this includes but is not limited to: chemical
residues in meat or meat products, needles found in live animals or meat products, shipping slaughter
cattle before drug withdrawal times are met, or cattle inadvertently consuming chemical products from
feed, forage or water.
Agreement to Maintain Records and Documents:
I hereby submit that all records, standard operating procedures and documents regarding the Verified Beef
Production ™ (VBP) program are current and available for review. I also agree to continue to maintain the
requirements of the VBP program, including standard operating procedures, records and on-going
communication to staff and others assisting in our cattle enterprise. I am also aware that we are subject to a
random audit to ensure accuracy of this declaration.
