ADDENDUM TO WEEMS GEOPHYSICAL, INC.
1. The seismic surveyor or contractor or a Weems Geophysical, Inc. representative shall call OWNER prior
to any work being done on the property.
2. Weems Geophysical, Inc. shall pay OWNER $30.00 acres as compensation to conduct the survey.
3. No hardwood tree of any kind with a diameter greater than four inches at one foot above ground level shall
be damaged or cut down.
4. The survey crews shall give the landowner reasonable advance notice prior to entering the property,
allowing the landowner time to be present or have someone representing him there.
5. Weems Geophysical, Inc. personnel agree to close all gates back immediately after passage and to be
responsible for the safety of the cattle while operating machinery nearby.
6. Weems Geophysical, Inc. shall not cut any fences unless agreed to in advance with OWNER, all fencing
must be repaired to the satisfaction of the OWNER.
7. There will be no seismic work on the property until the pasture and roads are dry enough to leave little or
no damage to the surface of the property. However, if the seismic surveyor or contractor does cause damage
to the surface of the property by reason of high moisture content, then and in such event, all such damage
shall be repaired to the OWNER’S satisfaction before final exit from the property.
8. Weems Geophysical, Inc. agrees to keep a minimum of 300’ feet from all structures and water wells while
conducting seismic operations. Any damages caused to existing water wells or pipelines will be repaired to
the satisfaction of the OWNER.
9. Weems Geophysical, Inc. its successors or assigns, agrees to defend, protect, indemnify and hold harmless
OWNER, its successors and assigns, as owner of the property, from and against any and all losses, liabilities,
demands and claims for damages for personal injury, death of persons and for damage to or loss of property as
well as reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and expenses OWNER may incur by reason of such claims, demands
or causes of action caused by or arising from operations by Weems Geophysical, Inc. its successors or
assigns, and its employees, agents, licensees, representatives, contractors or subcontractors.
