GRADERS REGISTRATION FORM

To help us with the planning and smooth transitions between events, we respectfully request a representative from your school to help grade the individual written events. If you don’t have students registered in certain events, you don’t have to send a representative for those events.

It is very important that each person listed on this list report to his or her assigned area at the designated time. If they are unable to report, please send a substitute in their place. If you don’t wish to have your coaches help with the grading, you may submit a fee of $10.00 for each unrepresented event, so a grader may be hired to complete the task. Thank you for assisting us with this process.

Black or blue ink pens and college ruled notebook paper is required for Ready Writing. Audiences are permissible in the contest room during performances, provided that disruption does not occur. The judge(s) reserve the authority to address any and all disruptions as rendered. No coaching or coaches will be allowed in the rooms.

The judge’s opinion is FINAL.

Judges subjectively apply their own criteria to style and delivery of material and these criteria will vary minutely from judge to judge.
