Any mandatory payment for student participation in
a class, program, or activity is a fee and is subject to
the fee waiver requirements. The North Davis
Preparatory Academy fee policies and fee waiver
forms can be found at www.northdavisprep.org.
Donations are permissible in both elementary and
secondary schools, but all such requests must clearly
state that donations are voluntary. A student may
not be excluded from an activity or program because
they did not make a donation.
For the convenience of secondary students, the
school office may sell school supplies such as pencils,
paper, or simple music repair items. These are not
considered fees.
All students are responsible to pay for any loss,
breakage or damage they cause. Loss, breakage or
damage is not subject to the waiver requirements.
Official transcripts may be withheld if breakage or
damage costs are not paid as outlined in UCA 53A11-806.
