When you have a lung disease, you can find it difficult to move around or do your normal daily living activities. You may also find that you get tired very easily. The Programme This consists of 2 classes per week for 6 weeks - a total of 12 classes. Each session will last for about 2 hours. The first hour is spent doing supervised exercise, and this is followed by an education/advice session.
