SUMMARY
I have over 12 years’ experience working with complex projects on Microsoft technologies. I am
MCPD.Net and SharePoint certified, and have worked on several large-scale web initiatives including ecommerce, intranet, back-end integration and workflow projects. I specialise in SharePoint 2007, 2010,
2013, Office 365, Windows Azure and have a background with other Microsoft web technologies such as
Content Management Server and CRM system.
I am a highly experienced Architect, Technical Team Lead, Developer and Manager, specialising in
Enterprise Client/Server Business Solutions and Microsoft Technology. I have also been heavily involved
in the design and development of a number of banking applications using the .NET Framework, SQL
Server and BizTalk Server.

Team/Technical leader of the Messaging and Collaboration team that delivers business
critical collaboration services including email, instant messaging, team collaboration
tools, desktop videoconferencing and mobile synchronisation services to approximately
2000 users across the Simplot offices and other locations around Australia and the
world.
I have successfully migrated 2007 platform to SharePoint 2010 and implemented
NewsGator Social Sites 2010, which helps Simplot drive Collaboration 2.0 with
features such as microblogging, communities of practice, enterprise social profiles
badging, recognition, ideation, and video streaming).
I am currently working on the strategy and architect to integrate NewsGator with Sales
