6th annual Reverse Raffle

The Reverse Raffle actually has two (2) separate raffles taking place simultaneously (one board,
two different sets of raffle tickets). You may enter as many times and in both raffles as you
wish. There is a $50 entry raffle as well as a $25 raffle. Each raffle has a payout tied to the
purchase price. We will sell only 100 chances in each raffle with the chances being numbered 1
through 100. You do not need to be present to win.
The object in a reverse raffle is to be the last ticket pulled out Thus we will pull out all 100
numbers, one at a time and the last number wins the grand prize. Each time a number is drawn,
two participants are out; one from each of the two pools. The grand prize for the $50 chances
(white tickets) is $1250. For the $25 chances (blue tickets) it is $750. In addition we will have
occasional winners where the number drawn at that time – while out of the raffle – will win a
consolation prize.
Once we have drawn out to the final 10 players of each raffle, those players are called forward.
These individuals may decide to split the grand prize or continue playing. If one player wants to
continue playing, then the next number will be drawn and then we will repeat the question to
each player to split or play on. Each of the two raffles is making this decision independently of
the other raffle. (The one raffle may split at 10 while the other may play on to one winner.)
If you cannot be present, you may give your ticket to a delegate who can voter for you to split
or play on. If no delegate is present, then your vote is considered to be a split. Thus, if all other
present players agree to split the prize, the grand prize amount for that raffle would be split
between all remaining players in that raffle whether they are present or not.
The evening includes a buffet catered by Indy Anna’s with a chance to visit and socialize before
the actual raffle commences. There will be other games of chance such as 50/50 raffle, pull tabs
and the Big 30 draws for some great prizes. The evening also includes a silent auction.
Dinner tickets are $20 (including drinks)
Reverse Raffle ticket price is either $25 per ticket or $50 per ticket. However, if you purchase
a ticket for the $50 raffle, your dinner and drinks are included.
BIG 30 - Price for the Big 30 is $20 per ticket but there are only 30 tickets for each raffle prize.
