1. Welcome
Carl Linvill, Metrics Definition Task Force (MDTF) Chair will call the meeting to order. Attendees will
be asked to introduce themselves by name and affiliation, both in person and over the
phone/webinar.
2. WECC Antitrust Policy Open Meeting Reminder
All WECC meetings are conducted in accordance with the WECC Antitrust Policy and the NERC
Antitrust Compliance Guidelines. All participants must comply with the policy and guidelines. This
meeting is public—confidential or proprietary information should not be discussed in open session.
Please contact WECC legal counsel if you have any questions.
3. Approve Agenda
Carl Linvill will introduce the proposed meeting agenda. We will hear any discussion, addition or
correction to the published agenda at this time.
Request for a motion to approve the proposed agenda.
4. Review November 13, 2014 and November 20, 2015 Minutes
Carl Linvill will introduce the minutes from the November 13, 2014 and November 20, 2014
meetings. We will hear any discussion, addition or correction to the published draft minutes at this
time.
Request for a motion to approve the draft minutes.
5. Modeling Input Parameters, Wind Energy
MDTF members will discuss information offered regarding capital costs of geothermal power
systems. Carl Linvill will receive proposals for modeling input parameters to be used for wind
energy systems for each of the scenario-based study cases.
Action Item: Approve modeling input parameters for wind energy systems

6. Modeling Input Parameters, Geothermal Power
MDTF members will discuss information offered regarding capital costs of geothermal power
systems. Carl Linvill will receive proposals for modeling input parameters to be used for
geothermal power systems for each of the scenario-based study cases.
Action Item: Approve modeling input parameters for geothermal power systems
7. Modeling Input Parameters, Energy Storage
MDTF members will discuss information offered regarding capital costs of energy storage systems.
Carl Linvill will receive proposals for modeling input parameters to be used for energy storage
systems for each of the scenario-based study cases.
Action Item: Approve modeling input parameters for energy storage systems
8. Modeling Input Parameters, Reciprocating Engines
MDTF members will discuss information offered regarding capital costs of reciprocating engines.
Carl Linvill will receive proposals for modeling input parameters to be used for reciprocating
engines for each of the scenario-based study cases.
Action Item: Approve modeling input parameters for reciprocating engines
9. Modeling Input Parameters, Tax Policies
MDTF members will discuss information offered regarding Production Tax Credits (PTCs) and
Investment Tax Credits (ITCs). Carl Linvill will receive proposals for modeling input parameters to
be used for PTCs and ITCs for each of the scenario-based study cases.
Action Item: Approve modeling input parameters for PTCs and ITCs
