Duties: coordinate all international and domestic logistics and documentation; responsible for preparation
and distribution of all official papers and inventory tracking; responsible for communication and
information technology systems; ensure an organized and efficient office; input into possible cost savings
programs; establish work priorities; assemble data and prepare reports; Accounts Payable/Receivable
reports.

COUNTY OF KERN
Qualifications: completion of 45 quarter or 30 semester units from an accredited college with course work
in computer science or management information systems or closely related field or completion of an
accredited trade or vocational school training program in programming or one year of technical
experience in an information systems environment within the last five years.
Duties: active role in acquiring the fundamentals and skills necessary to code basic programs from
predefined program specifications; learn to design, develop, test, document, install and maintain utility
programs and software packages; assist in writing application programs to test utilities, detect errors in
program logic and/or mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
Salary: $4022 - $4910 approximate monthly equivalent paid biweekly
