Dear Senior Students and Parents/Guardians,
The final year of your high school experience is one which we hope will bear many happy
memories! This year is full of important events and exciting opportunities including the Senior
Breakfast, Prom, Senior Awards Ceremony, Senior Luncheon, Senior BBQ and yearbook. All of
these activities culminate with your high school graduation. In hopes of making this year as easy
as possible for students and families, we are once again implementing the “Senior Activity Fee”
of $135.00 to consolidate the costs and payments for some of the aforementioned events.
All Senior Activity Fee payments must be made by Monday, February 9, 2015. We want to
ensure that all students will be included in the senior events.
This fee includes the following:
1. Cap and Gown Purchase (Students will be able to keep both cap and gown as a memento;
measurements will be taken at the Senior Breakfast)
2. Supplies for the Senior Breakfast and Senior BBQ (dry goods and burgers/hot dogs)
Food donations will be accepted for both the breakfast and BBQ.
3. Two Senior Luncheon Tickets for parents/family (students attend free of charge;
additional tickets will be available closer to the luncheon)
4. Yearbook
5. Class of 2015 Graduation Mug – Each graduate will receive a coffee mug complete with
the year, school and a list of the members of this year’s graduating class.
Payments will be accepted online at by credit card at Balfour.com or remittance by check to
Ms. Gee, Yearbook Advisor. Checks must be made payable to SDST-Retina.
Any customization you wish to have on your student’s yearbook must be ordered and paid for
online. Example: Name embossed on cover, sports icons, etc. There are so many options from
which you can choose, but remember this can only be done with online orders.
