Your instructor will set up dyads, whose members will be responsible for presenting a summary and evaluation of a specific chapter/article assigned to them. Please read all course-related email from your instructor. I will try to keep this to a minimum, but you need to check your BB email regularly. Assessment and Evaluation: Your grade will depend on the following: Attendance and informed-class participation (10); F2F or synchronous small-group presentations of articles assigned and postings to the Discussion Board (20); Mid-term Test (multiple choice, true/false, and short-answer essays) (14); semester bilingual research project to be carried out in small-groups (three students maximum) (36); final exam (20).
