MAUSTON HIGH SCHOOL COMMITTEE SEEKS NOMINATIONS FOR 2012 ALUMNI HALL OF
FAME
MAUSTON, WI – The Mauston High School Alumni Hall of Fame Committee is calling for nominations for
the 2012 induction. This will be the first induction into the School District of Mauston Alumni Hall of
Fame. The School District of Mauston wishes to annually recognize one or more distinguished alumni or
friend of education to Mauston High School. The Alumni Hall of Fame Committee shall consider the
following criteria in making the selection:
 be a graduate of Mauston High School and
 have graduated from Mauston High School at least ten years prior to the nomination, or
 served as a faculty member of the School District of Mauston for a minimum of twenty years
 have a record of outstanding achievement in his or her field
 have made significant contributions to his or her field and/or the community at large, exhibit
outstanding leadership, character and service to community
The Alumni Hall of Fame is being created to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of Mauston High
School alumni and to have these Hall of Fame members be role models for future students.
The deadline for the 2012 class is Friday, March 30, 2012. Nomination forms are available at Mauston High

The location of the Alumni Hall of Fame at MHS is still being determined. The induction into the Alumni
Hall of Fame will occur during the Class of 2012 graduation in the Mauston High School Gym on Sunday,
June 3rd at 2pm.
