Overview
Catherine is a strategic business partner who utilizes brain science to promote

Granite Construction - Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Talent
Management: 2007 – 2013
Led a team of OD professionals - responsible for corporate-wide learning, training, and
development; talent management and succession planning; and organizational
development processes. Designed and implemented a corporate-wide talent
management and succession planning process that included:
