Raise awareness for chapter events with the assistance of the Vice President for Public Relations. ARTICLE XIV: PHILANTHROPY POLICY Section 2: Event Regulation E. All chapters planning on selling shirts, apparel, or other merchandise for their philanthropic events must submit designs to the IFC Executive Council for approval, effective Fall 2014. G. Documentation from organization(s) to which service hours or which monetary donations were provided must be submitted to the Vice President for Philanthropy & Community Service by a predetermined date set by the IFC Executive Council December 5 for the fall semester and May 5 for the spring semester each academic year. Chapters are expected to record, on average at least 4 hours of community service per member, and report total membership hours to the Vice President for Philanthropy & Community Service.
