Curatorial Intern




Assist in digitizing Collections database
Will handle other basic curatorial and research requests as needed
General research of Collection Objects
[Museum or Collection Management Experience preferred]
AAA Student Worker:



Will work on a special project for the Fine Arts Collection involving turning our paper
“condition report forms” into digital records
Assist in other tasks to help digitize Collections database
Spend time checking over current condition reports and updating records as necessary.
FALL 2015
Student Curatorial Worker:






Works closely with both Galleries and the Fine Arts Collection
Assist in accessioning works to the collection
Will handle other basic curatorial and research requests as needed
General research of Collection Objects
Takes on Special Exhibition Projects as needed

Research Collections information and update appropriate files
Locate and record missing works in the Collection
Update information on artists in Fine Arts Collection databases
