The development work on Jarvis version 0.1 is now complete. This version of Jarvis is now capable of the following:
Answering questions asked by the user.
Compile reports on any topic asked by the user.
Control lights by voice.
Basic interaction with the user.
Handling Facebook, Email and Social profiles of users.
Using Twitter Account with voice control.
Basic OS kernel is ready.
Scan/ping IP address.
Gathering Basic information about the target.
Jarvis version 0.1 was launched and demonstrated on 14 th September at the Head Start Convention in Jaipur. Here it was awarded as the
“Most Innovative Start up” project of this year.

Jarvis is a revolutionizing technology that can change the face of this
Earth. Jarvis is being introduced with a new operating system. The new features of Jarvis will revolutionize the entire planet. This kind of a technology so far has only been seen and heard only in books and movies.
Jarvis is a stepping-stone towards a New Future and a Bright Future for the entire planet . Jarvis is being designed to make advancements in all the industries and not only the IT sector.
At present all digital solutions found in the market, are designed to do a particular set of tasks. However, in case of Jarvis it will adapt itself according to its user. It can access the technical surrounding of its user and learns from his/her daily habits and then make necessary decisions in users absence. We therefore term it as AN
ENVIROMENT capable of THINKING and taking required
INDEPENDENT decisions.
Jarvis is not a Standardize System which is common for all the users, but it is a completely different system meant for PERSONALIZES needs. It works accordingly for each individual user for his/her OWN requirement.
Unlike the conventional way of designing an Operating System, Jarvis has a completely different architecture that is being introduced for the very first time. The architecture has been designed in such a fashion that Jarvis will be able to adapt itself according to the user without changing anything in the code.
The real power of Jarvis lies in its Robust Architecture. It is a multilayered system with abstract layers at each level. Each level is designed to do a specific task. The user will have the capability to
controlling his/her operating system. For example: At present you can control your home/office automation system remotely through your smart phones. In the traditional operating systems, each time you require a task to be done, new information has to be fed.
However, with Jarvis this is not required. Once the required information is fed, the user may forget about it, but Jarvis won’t.
As per the habit of the user Jarvis will complete the required task without asking for new set of instructions from its user.
Automobile: Automobile industry is a huge industry. Parts that are manufactured may be sometimes faulty during production (say some electrical fault). Jarvis will be able to identify the fault and will repair it automatically, provided it could be fixed with the machines present in the factor at that time.
Medical: The medical industry is booming due to less invasive robotics surgery. As Jarvis will be having a brain of his own, it will be able to think and react as a doctor in difficult situations.
Housing: Jarvis will have the facility of home automation. User will be able to control it through his system or remotely via his phone.
IT: Jarvis will bring a revolution in the IT sector. Possessing the technology that has never been introduced before, Jarvis will take over the entire industry with time.
Robotics: The key to robotics is artificial intelligence. Jarvis can be turned in such a way that in future versions, we would be able to implement it in robots. The robots then will have the ability to think, react and behave as humans.
Security: Jarvis will be able to help the user in the first step of security i.e., Information Gathering. Jarvis will be able to perform the entire task via voice.
Routine work: The routine user will be able to use Jarvis in whichever fashion he wants to. Jarvis will be able to help him in his office work, control his home and make minor decisions in the users absence.
Jarvis has a ready-made market however the following strategies could be followed for the masses. There are two ways of marketing this product
With Hardware
Without Hardware
The cost projections for Jarvis at this given time with its hardware would be INR
45, 000 (approx.)
We intend to keep the selling price low so that it is affordable for mass users. The intending selling price would be INR Rs. 65,000 (approx.)
However, the above are just intended figures. The actual costs for only Operating
System will depend on the investment value and the time period taken to further develop the project. We will be selling various versions of Jarvis. The cost of each version would be variable. Each version’s development cost would be separate.

Jarvis is a new technology based on Artificial Intelligence. Even though AI is not new, it’s mating with Jarvis project has opened new doors to the Operating System market.
With the phenomenal growth of the IT industry, Jarvis’s potential and its revenue generation would be phenomenal. At this stage it would be inappropriate to provide financial figures.
However, the following would be the approximate cost of operations for further development of various versions of Jarvis for the next six months. The basic list of expenses would be as under:
1. Staff Salary.
2. Office rent and office expenses.
3. Office capital expenditure on computers, furniture, electricity/phone/internet, etc.
Fund Raising.
Research Assistance.
