Sharyl S. Gardner, Chief Administrative Officer, Midmark Corp. Sharyl Gardner is Chief Administrative Officer for Midmark Corporation, and serves as Secretary for the Midmark Board of Directors. Offering more than two decades of managerial and leadership experience, Gardner oversees all leadership development, training, employee relations, benefits and compensation, marketing communications and corporate/guest services for Midmark. A key and strategic contributor, she has promoted Midmark’s core values and missions, and has assisted in the organizational transformation to support its strategy. In 2007, Gardner was hired as Vice President of Human Resources for Midmark to help lead and support corporate strategies for continual growth and global market expansion. She previously served as Vice President of Human Resources for Relizon, now Workflow One, in Dayton, Ohio, which employed more than 4,000 people in North America. In addition to her traditional HR duties there, she was responsible for creating a leadership summit to support Relizon’s corporate strategy and introduced a consistent leadership approach throughout the organization. Additionally, she established a core set of principles that guided the leadership’s decisions to facilitate the transformation of corporate culture, while strengthening focus on its strategy. Gardner also maintained a sales leadership position at AT&T, a global telecommunications service provider, where she was employed for eighteen years. A member of the Miami Valley Senior Human Resources Group and Leadership Dayton Association, Gardner also serves on the ERA (Employer Resource Association) Board of Directors, which provides assistance to employers in Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus and Eastern Indiana. In addition, she is an active member of Professional Women in Healthcare and is a longtime advocate for “Clothes That Work”, a non-profit organization that provides interview appropriate clothing, and personalized confidence building and image services. Gardner holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dayton. __________________________________________________________________________________ Helen Jones-Kelley, Executive Director, Montgomery County ADAMHS HELEN JONES-KELLEY is a licensed attorney. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, her Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary English Education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and received graduate training there in the fields of Sociology and Gerontology. She currently serves as the executive director of the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board for Montgomery County, Ohio. Before moving to that position, she was Special Assistant to the President of Central State University where she was responsible for External Relations and assisted as interim General Counsel and University Secretary to the Board of Trustees. Jones-Kelley is also a member of the faculty for Georgetown University’s Center on Juvenile Justice Reform and is engaged with implementation of its Cross-Over Youth Practice Model. Jones-Kelley is currently on the Governing Board of the Dayton Foundation where she chairs the Marketing Committee, co-chairs the Parity, Inc. Steering Committee, Chairs the Education Linkages Committee for the Central Area Links, Inc. Board, serves on the Special Wish Foundation Advisory Board, the Miami Valley Catholic Education Council, Montgomery County’s Family and Children First Council and the University of Dayton Law School Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Dayton Chapter of the Links, Inc. and of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. In 2003, Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice, Tom Moyer, appointed her to co-chair the Advisory Council on Children, Youth and Families where she completed a six-year term. She has received several honors over the course of her career, including being selected as one of the “Ten Top Women” in Dayton in 1996 and one of the Ten Top African American Women in 2002. She was featured in Essence Magazine in June, 1997. In 1999, she was honored by the YWCA of Dayton as a “Woman of Influence” and received their Lifetime Achievement Award in 2007. Daniel McCabe, Chief Administrative Office, CareSource Dan provides strategic leadership and oversight of CareSource’s administrative functions including Human Resources, CareSource University, Enterprise Vendor Management, Enterprise Project Office, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Community Relations, and the CareSource Foundation. Prior to CareSource, Dan was the Senior Vice President and the Chief Administrative Officer for DP&L and was with AT&T and the NCR Corporation for more than 25 years. Dan holds two advanced degrees, an Executive MBA in International Management and Finance and a Master’s in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, both from Rutgers University. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Moravian College. He serves as a member of the Advisory Council for the School of Arts and Sciences for the University of Dayton. Dan is the Board Chair for the Dayton Region Chamber of Commerce and he is also a Board Member for the Boy Scouts of America Miami Valley Council, and the Downtown Dayton Partnership.
