By completing this form and receiving an offer, you are indicating to the Registrar that you wish to withdraw from your current course to transfer to the new course. As a result, any subject enrolments associated with the single degree will be withdrawn as a result of processing your transfer application, but your existing subject outcomes gained in your core degree will be transferred to the core degree component of the BCII combined degree. What happens if my application is unsuccessful? If your application to transfer is unsuccessful, you can continue in your existing course. How will any previously completed UTS subjects or previously approved exemptions be treated? Your faculty will provide the Registrar with advice that your completed UTS core degree subjects or exempted subjects are to be carried over to the BCII combined degree. These subjects will appear within the subject history of the combined BCII degree academic transcript. Please be aware that no exemptions will be granted for the BCII subjects. How are fees affected by any course transfer approval? Students will have to submit a new ‘Request for Commonwealth Support and HECS-HELP’ form. Please refer to the Australian Government booklet “HECS-HELP Commonwealth supported places information for 2014”. Advice on this can also be sought from UTS Student Centres. Where do I lodge my application? You should lodge your completed application to your Student Centre, no later than 5pm Monday 19th May 2014. Late applications will not be considered.
