Social Class Dinner Evaluation
The information collected in this survey will be used to improve this course. In addition, your instructor Jamie Leslie would like
permission to share this information at conferences and in publication. Sharing of the information contained in this survey with
the general public makes the collection of it research.
The purpose of this research study is to share with others an alternative method for teaching nursing students about the economic
context of our clients and the impact of economics on health. I would like to use the information contained in this survey to
demonstrate the student reaction to this teaching strategy. This research study will last until surveys are collected.
Participation in this study is voluntary. Refusal to participate or discontinuation of participation will involve no penalty or loss of
benefits to which you are otherwise entitled. You may elect 1) not to complete this survey, 2) elect to complete the survey solely
for program evaluation, or 3) elect to complete the survey for program evaluation AND research purposes.
