Provided patient education before preforming procedures, and further information after as
needed.
Performed standard clinical duties and general office work as a medical assistant. Answered
multiple phone lines and patient call lights, input and uploaded patient information into

Unloaded patients from helicopter brought from the scene, maintained emergency care as needed,
updated set of vital signs en route to the trauma bay. Upon arrival, gave physician and nurse a
short, detailed report of the patient’s status from arrival to helipad until arrival in the department.
Carry out nursing care activities, such as suctioning, traction care, changing complex sterile
dressings, applying orthotic and adaptive equipment, ileostomy care, charting, splinting, assisting
physicians with procedures including sterile procedures, assist with initial assessment, treatment,
