Questions Raised:
1. Does the pharmacist keep records of patient history?
2. What’s the line between GP and pharmacy – what can pharmacist do and where
does it stop?
3. How does record keeping fir with data policies overall?
Comments Made:



Need to educate people on severity of conditions that they can be treated by
pharmacy and they don’t need to panic and go to A+E
Pharmacists should be more proactive to tell the community about what they can do
Staffing levels are a problem which need to be addressed
