You personal representative will be assigned to provide answers to questions you might have regarding your account such as seat upgrades, payment options, purchasing additional seats, or the benefits of referring your family and friends to become season ticket holders. The sole responsibility of this new department is to provide you with the best possible customer service and support for the investment made of your time, money, and emotion to the San Francisco 49ers. Log into MY 49ers ACCOUNT with your account ID and password Start managing your tickets If you have not obtained your ID and password please contact an Account Services Executive at 415-415-464-9377 (press option 1), Single Game & Group Ticket Priority Season ticket holders have the availability to purchase single game and group tickets before they go on sale to the general public. All Season Ticket Holders may purchase additional individual game tickets through the 49ers Ticket Office. Tickets are based on availability and can either be mailed to you or left at “Will Call” if purchased less than seven working days prior to game date. Annual Seat Upgrade Day Following each season, 49ers season ticket holders may submit a request to relocate or upgrade seats. Requests for season ticket relocation are accepted during the renewal period beginning with the first season ticket invoice. For consideration of a relocation request, minimum payment for of your season ticket invoice must be received by the ticket office on or before the payment deadline. A relocation form shall be filled out for each relocation request and mailed or faxed separately to the 49ers Ticket Office on or before the payment deadline. Forms must be signed by the ticket holder(s) of record. Requests for seating changes are considered first on the basis of account seniority. Your account seniority date is printed on your invoice. For request received from customers with the same seniority date, priority will be given in order of the date of first payment. Seat relocation request must be submitted each year. Changes are limited by the actual cancellations that may occur. Individuals with the best seat locations are the least likely to cancel their season tickets. Due to the number of similar requests, it is unrealistic to expect that a season ticket can be moved form end zone to mid-field. Changes, if we are able to provide them, are limited. If we are able to fill your request, the seat locations will be changed and your previous seats will be re-assigned. Any pricing changes due to seat location changes across price levels will be reflected on your next invoice. Playoff Priority Season ticket holders enjoy the first option to purchase their same seats for home playoff games. Savings Season tickets include $100 - $340 per-seat savings over the same seats purchased on single game basis Weekly Press Release During the season, each week the 49ers will send to season ticket holders via e-mail the official game release detailing the upcoming match-up. New Stadium Priority 49ers season ticket holders who maintain an active season ticket status will receive priority toward seat selection at the new stadium. Newsletter Subscription Season ticket holders automatically receive a subscription to the team’s weekly electronic newsletter, EBlitz. Event Invitations Throughout the year, 49ers season ticket holders receive invitations to attend special team-related event FOR FREE including the NFL DRAFT DAY PARTY, FAMILY DAY, TRAINING CAMP, and more. Season Ticket Holder ID Provided within the ticket mailing, 49ers season ticket holders will receive a special identification card to present for exclusive discounts and benefits. Fan Advisory Breakfast During the season and based on availability, season ticket holders have exclusive access to attend a private breakfast at the stadium, which also includes a guided tour and gift bag. E-mail Service This creates for a faster way to receive upcoming information regarding 49ers, stadium and promotional events as a convenience to our Season Ticket Holders. Our e-mail service allows you to receive information faster than the conventional mail. The 49ers “Kids to Stands” ticket program allows season ticket holders to donate tickets when they are unable to make it to a game. The 49ers will in turn donate the tickets to youth form deserving Bay Area organizations and charities with a chance to watch a 49ers game.
