On approval of the list of quarantine objects and alien species in regards to
which the activities are established and implemented on the plant quarantine,
and the list of especially dangerous pests
Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1295 dated December 30, 2002
In order to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 11, 1999 "On
Plant Quarantine" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2002, "On
Plant Protection" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECREES:
1. To approve the attached:
1) The List of quarantine objects and alien species in regards to which the
activities are established and implemented on the plant quarantine;
2) The list of especially dangerous pests.
2. To recognize invalid the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of
Kazakhstan N 697 dated August 13, 1993 "On the implementation of the decision of the
Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Implementation of the Law of the
Republic of Kazakhstan "On the crediting of the branches of the agro-industrial complex
and the financing of the state enterprises" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1993, N
32, p. 372).
3. Given Resolution is carried into effect upon the date of signature.
