AIPM 2015 BUSINESS CASE
Use this to justify to your manager why you should attend the 2015 conference.

I am writing to request that I attend the 2015 AIPM National Conference being held at Wrest Point
Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hobart from Sunday 11 October – Wednesday 14 October.
In looking over the list of event speakers and topics, it is clear that attending this conference would
not only benefit my personal development, but also benefit our organisation by increasing my
knowledge and understanding of the most relevant and topical project management issues today.
I would have the opportunity to network with the most connected, active and resourceful members of
the project management community, and I would also be able to get invaluable insights from the
exhibiting companies at the conference.
Attending the conference will help me (and us) be able to deliver benefits and value to clients both
beyond expectations and on a consistent basis. To achieve that, the 2015 AIPM National Conference
will be featuring local and international thought leaders presenting on the topic of “Project
