Interview your CT and ask how he/she develops
routines and procedures at the beginning of the year.
What are the routines? How are they developed? Which
routines are developed first? Which are the most
challenging? Does your CT provide a list of
routines/procedures to students or parents? Does he/she
have a checklist?
- Bring your notes and share what your learned with the
class.

-Try two or three focused observations. Before
observing discuss what you will observe and how you
will "collect data" so you can learn more about the
students, teaching and learning behaviors, and/or
learning environment.
